The terms that apply when ordering from Preptec Ireland.
About these terms
These terms apply to purchases made from Preptec Ireland through PreptecIreland.ie. By placing an order, you confirm that the details supplied are accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
Accounts and orders
An account is required to complete an online purchase. Receipt of an order acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. Preptec may contact you if availability, delivery, pricing or product compatibility needs to be confirmed before dispatch.
Prices and VAT
Customer-facing product prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where a price is available. Products marked Price on Application are supplied only after a quotation has been agreed.
Payment
Payment must be completed using an available checkout method unless Preptec has agreed different trade terms in writing. Orders may be held until payment is authorised.
Delivery
Delivery options are calculated at checkout. Heavy, oversized or specialist orders may require a separate delivery quotation. Dispatch and delivery estimates are not guarantees where circumstances are outside Preptec’s reasonable control.
Products and suitability
Product images and descriptions are provided to help selection. Customers remain responsible for confirming that a product, accessory or consumable is suitable and compatible for the intended application. Contact Preptec before ordering if compatibility is uncertain.
Returns and faults
Returns are handled in accordance with the published Return Policy and applicable Irish law. Contact Preptec before returning an item so the correct process and return address can be confirmed.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Irish law.
